Services and support
After your software purchase, we offer several service and
support options to assist you with any aspect of your HospiceWare
installation. These services include installation support,
training, ongoing support related to clinical and billing
features, and software customizations.
Software customization services
We provide you with a fully customizable version of HospiceWare
that uses the Microsoft Access database. This can be customized
by your staff or you can obtain a quote from HospiceWare to
provide the customizations for you. If you would like a proposal

Online training and services
We offer
online training on a scheduled basis provided through
the Internet. To take advantage of this, you need a
high-speed connection and web access. We also offer,
through a strategic alliance with eOfficeManager,
web-based hosting for your HospiceWare database. For
information, contact us and a representative will
provide you with details on these services.
Site Licenses available
You may load the software on as many computers at a
single location as necessary to run your business, provided
each computer is accessing the same master database.
If you are running multiple offices you will need
to purchase a license for each site or location.
The cost for additional licenses is reduced by 50%
of the then current retail price of the software

Other services we offer
We can also assist you with the purchase of computer hardware,
network setup and troubleshooting, web hosting and web site
development as well as installation and support of related
software systems including Great Plains Accounting software
and Goldmine Contact Manager. These services are offered either
from our offices in Reading, Pennsylvania or by our consultants,
alliance partners and affiliated companies located throughout
the country.
