After your software purchase, we offer several service and support options to assist you with any aspect of your HospiceWare installation. These services include installation support, training, and ongoing support related to clinical and billing features.

Software customization services

We provide you with a fully customizable version of HospiceWare that uses the Microsoft Access database.

Online training and services

We offer training on a scheduled basis, provided by request. For information, contact us, and a representative will provide you with details on these services.

Site Licenses available

You may load the software on as many computers at a single location as necessary to run your business, provided each computer is accessing the same master database.  If you are running multiple offices you will be required to purchase a license for each site or location.  Please contact us for further information by phone, or by e-mail at info@hospiceware.com.
